What is not a serious and absolute emergency: anything that does not require immediate attention.
For example:
Loss of an adult's passport for an imminent trip
Information regarding the requirements for entering or staying in the UAE
Information concerning the conditions of return to Cameroon
Absence of news from an adult adult for less than 72 hours.
Information on formalities at the consulate
Administrative procedure assuming an appointment.
