On January 13, 2019, the Director of the Office of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation in Dubai, HE Abdulrahman Ghanem Al Mutaiwee granted an audience to the Consul General of Cameroon in Dubai, HE Donancier Mebouogue.
The Consul General had presented, during the solemn event, the Consular Commission under which the Head of State HE Paul Biya had appointed him Consul General of the Republic of Cameroon in Dubai with the jurisdiction over the Emirates United Arabs.
HE Abdulrahman Ghanem Al Mutaiwee, on behalf of the Emirati government, welcomed the effective opening of the Consulate General in Dubai which he said will bring many Cameroonian citizens closer to their administration.
