The Consul General
H.E Donancier MEBOUOGUE
Born on June 15, 1974 in Motcheboum in the East-Cameroon region, Mr. Donancier MEBOUOGUE is a career diplomat (Minister Plenipotentiary), from the Institute of International Relations of Cameroon (IRIC) . He takes service at the Ministry of External Relations of Cameroon (MINREX) .
Indeed, from 2003 to 2017, he was in turn, before his appointment:

Manager at the Protocol and Consular Affairs Department at MINREX.

Head of the Consular Affairs Department ai, at the Protocol and Consular Affairs Department (MINREX).

Head of the Protocol Affairs Service, at the Protocol and Consular Antenna of MINREX in Douala.

Head of Protocol and Consular Antenna ai of the Ministry of External Relations in Douala (MINREX)
As part of the improvement of staff capacities at MINREX , he benefited, in 2006, from an Internship in Cairo (Egypt) on E-Government and in 2008 from an Internship for young African diplomats in Beijing (China) .
In favor of Decree No. 2018/685 of November 16, 2018, the Head of State, HE Paul Biya appointed him Consul General of Cameroon in Dubai (United Arab Emirates) where he took office on January 13, 2019.

Focal point of the Civil Cabinet in Douala as part of the celebration of the fiftieth anniversary of Cameroon's independence.

Head of Mission Attaché to HE Blaise COMPAORE, President of the Republic, Head of the Burkina Faso delegation to the Africa 21 summit in 2010.

Contract Professor at the CES of Mindourou (East Cameroon)
After obtaining a Baccalaureate A4 (German) , Mr. Donancier MEBOUOGUE studied History at the University of Yaoundé I from 1994 to 1996, studies sanctioned by obtaining of one License in History, option International Relations. He was admitted to IRIC in 1998 and obtained in :

1999, a professional Masters in International Relations option Diplomacy.

2001, a Diploma of Specialized Higher Studies in International Relations (DESS), option Diplomacy.

2003, a 3rd Cycle Doctorate in International Relations, option Diplomacy.
Mr. Donancier MEBOUOGUE speaks and writes French and English. He has a little knowledge of German and Chinese languages.
He received the distinction of Knight of the Cameroonian Order of Merit.
He is married and the father of four children.
